Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
These easy teriyaki chicken skewers are easy to cook on the grill, or bake in the oven. Tender chicken breasts are coated in a delicious, sticky teriyaki glaze, and cooked to perfection in only 15 minutes.

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Dice or slice the chicken against the grain into bite sized pieces.
Coat the chicken in a layer of teriyaki sauce. You can optionally place the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour to allow it to marinate.
Pierce the chicken onto skewers. Bake in the oven at 400 F / 200 C for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken has cooked through. Alternatively, cook on a grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in a refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven, microwave or on the stove.
