Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

These easy teriyaki chicken skewers are easy to cook on the grill, or bake in the oven. Tender chicken breasts are coated in a delicious, sticky teriyaki glaze, and cooked to perfection in only 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  • Dice or slice the chicken against the grain into bite sized pieces.
  • Coat the chicken in a layer of teriyaki sauce. You can optionally place the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour to allow it to marinate.
  • Pierce the chicken onto skewers. Bake in the oven at 400 F / 200 C for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken has cooked through. Alternatively, cook on a grill for about 5 minutes on each side.

  • Store leftovers in a sealed container in a refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven, microwave or on the stove.
