This easy air fryer grilled cheese sandwich is easy to make, tastes great, and makes for an excellent simple meal or side dish to serve with creamy soups.

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 slices cheese
Spread butter on two slices of bread. Sandwich them with sliced cheese in the middle.
Place the cheese sandwich in an air fryer, and air fry at 300 F / 150 C for about 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt, and then increase the temperature to 400 F / 200 C for about 1 minute on each side to toast the bread.
If you're making multiple sandwiches, you might have to do it in multiple batches. Make sure not to stack the sandwiches on top of each other in the air fryer, or they will not toast evenly.
- Feel free to add fillings, like seasoning, vegetables or cooked meat to make the sandwiches more filling.
- Use any of your favorite bread, cheese and spreads.
