Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl! I like to combine the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise first, then adding the salt and rosemary to taste.
  • Serve the sauce immediately, or store it in a refrigerator.

Notes

  • Feel free to add the ingredients to taste. You might find that you prefer a little extra rosemary or more cranberry sauce than suggested. This recipe is so simple, it’s easy to adapt to suit your preferences.
  • Make sure to use a good quality mayonnaise and cranberry sauce, as these flavors will be most noticeable.
  • You can store leftover cranberry aioli in a sealed container in a refrigerator for up to 4 days. Make one batch and use it as a dip, sauce or condiments for several meals throughout the week.
