Cut the cauliflower into florets. Try to cut them into similar sizes as much as possible. Place them in a bowl, and add the oil and seasoning. Stir to coat the florets evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 355 °F / 180 °C. Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket, but make sure not to overcrowd it. If you’re using a large cauliflower, you might have to cook it in two batches. Air fry for 5 minutes, then shake the basket to turn the cauliflower florets, and air fry for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden on the edges and soft enough to pierce a fork through with little resistance.
Air fry the remaining half of the cauliflowers, and serve them immediately while they are still warm.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. You might have to roast the florets in multiple batches.
- If you are using frozen cauliflower, you might want to increase the temperature and cooking time to achieve a great result.
- Don’t omit the oil; it’s crucial to prevent the cauliflower from drying out while it cooks.
- Leftover air fried cauliflower can be stored and used like regular roasted cauliflower. Store the florets in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
