Sriracha Aioli
This tasty sriracha aioli is an excellent dip, perfect to serve as an appetizer, with a snack or as a side dish. It’s easy to make in less than 5 minutes, and only requires 4 ingredients.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove
First, grate or finely chop the garlic clove.
In a bowl, combine the garlic with mayonnaise, sriracha and fresh black pepper. Stir to combine. Optionally, add more pepper or sriracha to taste.
Serve the sriracha aioli immediately, or keep it refrigerated until serving.
- Make sure to chop the garlic into very fine pieces. You definitely don’t want to bite into a big chunk of raw garlic!
- Use a good quality mayonnaise that you like. You can use low fat mayo if you prefer.
- You can also make this dip by simply combining store bought aioli and sriracha.
