- 2 eggs
- 50 g grated cheese
Heat up some cooking spray or vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the eggs, and scramble them with a spatula. When you have reached the desired scramble consistency, add grated cheese, and stir until the cheese has melted.
Split the cheesy egg scramble between the ham slices, and roll them up. Then, serve immediately or store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
