Ingredients

  • 6 ham slices
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Heat up some cooking spray or vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the eggs, and scramble them with a spatula. When you have reached the desired scramble consistency, add grated cheese, and stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Split the cheesy egg scramble between the ham slices, and roll them up. Then, serve immediately or store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat.

Notes

Can I add any other ingredients to this snack? – Yep. Feel free to add anything to the rollups, including vegetable sticks, diced veggies or fresh herbs.
Can I ditch the cheese? – Absolutely! Omit the cheese if it’s not your thing. You can make the scramble exactly how you like it.
