Notes

Is rooibos iced tea allergy friendly? – This recipe is dairy free, egg free, gluten free, nut free and suitable for most diets and allergies.
Is this recipe suitable for kids? – Yes. As rooibos tea is caffeine free, it can safely be enjoyed by children.
Can I make this vegan? – Absolutely. This recipe is vegan as long as you use a vegan sweetener. Omit the sweetener completely, or use agave syrup or brown sugar.

Leftovers

Leftover rooibos iced tea can be stored in an airtight container like a bottle in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can freeze any leftovers in popsicle molds or ice cube trays to enjoy it later.
