  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, and serve.



  • The smoothie tastes the best if served immediately.
  • Feel free to replace the frozen berries with other berries or fruit, like mango, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries or bananas.
