Honey Roasted Almonds
These amazing sweet, crispy honey roasted almonds are an excellent healthy snack that you can make in only 20 minutes. Super easy, and absolutely delicious!

- 2 cups almonds (220 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch of sea salt flakes
Place the almonds on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper. Add sea salt and runny honey, and stir to coat the almonds evenly in a thin layer of sticky honey.
Preheat your oven to 360 °F / 180 °C / 160 °C fan oven. Bake the coated almonds for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to leave them for too long, as they can burn quickly if left unattended.
Remove the almonds from the oven, and leave them to cool down on the baking paper. The honey will harden around the almonds, and they will be much less sticky. Then, move them to a container for permanent storage.
