Instructions

  • Dice your potatoes into large bite sized chunks. If you’re using small baby potatoes, you can serve them if you want.
  • Add the potatoes to a bowl, along with the seasoning and olive oil. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Spray the inside of the air fryer  basket with an oil spray to prevent the potatoes from sticking to it, then add the potatoes.
  • Air fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes at 390 °F / 200 °C. Shake the potatoes occasionally while they cook to ensure that they cook evenly. The potatoes are ready to eat when they are golden, and you can easily pierce through them with a fork.

Notes

  • Be careful not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, and remember to shake it occasionally. This will ensure that the potatoes cook evenly.
  • Your air fryer might cook faster or slower than mine. The cooking time can therefore vary. Check that your potatoes are ready to eat by piercing them with a fork. You should be able to pierce through the potatoes with little resistance.
  • Feel free to change the seasoning to suit your preferences.
  • Leftover air fried potatoes can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. Simply reheat them for 4-5 minutes in your air fryer, and serve them as a side dish for future meals.
