  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, and pulse it for about 30 seconds, until the dip is completely smooth.
    If you don’t have a food processor, you can try using a stick blender or a regular blender instead.
  • Serve it immediately, or keep it refrigerated until it's ready to serve.L

Notes

Leftovers

This dip stores really well. Keep it in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 4 days. I do not recommend freezing cottage cheese dip, as it might separate and be watery when thawed.
