  • 6 bratwursts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  • Place the sausages on a baking sheet. You might want to line it with a parchment paper, or a silicone baking cover.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the sausages are golden brown on top.
  • You can turn the sausages once halfway through cooking them to ensure an even cooking result. This will make the sausages equally crispy on all sides, however it's completely optional.

  • Store leftover brats in a refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat them in a microwave or oven, or add them to other dishes.
  • Make it a sheet pan meal by baking the brats with vegetables like cubed potatoes, green beans or sauerkraut.
  • The required cooking time can vary slightly. The sausages are cooked when they are golden brown on top.
