Notes

Note: Keep in mind that eating raw turkey, or anything that has been in contact with raw turkey, is dangerous and can give you food poisoning. Make sure to keep different utensils and surfaces for the raw and cooked meat. Always wash your hands after touching raw turkey.
This recipe makes 6 regular burgers, or 4 massive ones. If you have any leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen burgers thoroughly before reheating them in a pan, microwave or oven.
I love cooking burgers in a large batch. This recipe can easily be multiplied to fill your freezer with tasty burger patties. Super handy for quick dinners on busy weeknights, or to prepare if you have a hectic period of time coming up.
The calorie amount is only for each burger patty. Burger buns, toppings etc. will be calculated separately.
