Ginger Turmeric Tea
This comforting ginger turmeric tea is made with spices from your pantry, and don't require any tea bags at all. A healthy and delicious drink made in only 5 minutes!
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Use fine ground black pepper. If you use coarsely ground pepper, you will have to strain the tea before serving it.
- You can store leftover tea in a sealed container in your refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat it and serve it warm, or enjoy it chilled as iced tea.
