Asparagus is a healthy spring vegetable. It's easy to cook, and really popular due to being suitable for most diets, including keto, low carb and vegan.
Wash and season the asparagus with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400 F / 200 C for about 5-7 minutes.
The asparagus is a great side dish. Serve it topped with Parmesan or lemon juice if you want.
