Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup eggnog

Instructions

  • Heat up the milk on the stove, or in a microwave until it's warm, but not boiling.
  • Froth the milk with a milk steamer, frother, or small whisk. Remove the foam with a spoon, and set it to the side.
  • Add the espresso or coffee to a cup. Then, add most of the warm milk and eggnog. Stir to combine. Finally, top the latte with the milk foam.

Notes

  • Serve the hot coffee immediately for the best results.
  • Feel free to substitute the oat milk for any other type of milk, such as whole milk, almond milk, soy milk or skim milk.
  • Serve the eggnog latte garnished with ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
