Make the best eggnog coffee at home with only 3 ingredients. Eggnog latte is a fantastic coffee drink for the holiday season, and an excellent beverage for Christmas Day.
- 1 shot espresso
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup eggnog
Heat up the milk on the stove, or in a microwave until it's warm, but not boiling.
Froth the milk with a milk steamer, frother, or small whisk. Remove the foam with a spoon, and set it to the side.
Add the espresso or coffee to a cup. Then, add most of the warm milk and eggnog. Stir to combine. Finally, top the latte with the milk foam.
- Serve the hot coffee immediately for the best results.
- Feel free to substitute the oat milk for any other type of milk, such as whole milk, almond milk, soy milk or skim milk.
- Serve the eggnog latte garnished with ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
