  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 large bananas
  • ½ cup milk


  • Slice the bananas, and add them to a blender along with your choice of milk and frozen mango chunks.
  • Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.



  • The smoothie is best served immediately, but can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 1 day if needed.
  • Feel free to use your choice of milk. Coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, soy milk and skim milk are all excellent choices.
  • Instead of using fresh bananas and frozen mango, you can use fresh mango and frozen bananas. I recommend including at least some frozen fruit to make sure that the smoothie is thick and chilled.
