Banana Mango Smoothie
This healthy and refreshing banana mango smoothie is the perfect easy breakfast. Make it with only 3 ingredients, and customize to suit your dietary requirements.
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 large bananas
- ½ cup milk
Slice the bananas, and add them to a blender along with your choice of milk and frozen mango chunks.
Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.
- The smoothie is best served immediately, but can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 1 day if needed.
- Feel free to use your choice of milk. Coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, soy milk and skim milk are all excellent choices.
- Instead of using fresh bananas and frozen mango, you can use fresh mango and frozen bananas. I recommend including at least some frozen fruit to make sure that the smoothie is thick and chilled.
