Lemonade Popsicles
These homemade lemonade popsicles only require 3 ingredients, and are so easy to make! A delicious frozen dessert, perfect for summer.

- ½ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup water
Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl.
Wish lemon juice and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add cold water, and mix.
Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
Remove the ice pops from the molds, and serve.
- Frozen popsicles store well for at least 6 months. These are really easy to make ahead.
- If you struggle to remove the popsicles from their molds, you can leave them out in room temperature for about 2-5 minutes. The heat will cause them to start melting enough to loosen up from the molds.
