  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 pound chicken breasts


  • Add the buffalo sauce to the bottom of your Instant Pot, and place the chicken breasts on top.
  • Seal the lid, and pressure cook for 12 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.
  • Use two forks to shred the chicken, and stir to coat the chicken pieces with the sauce.



  • Leftover shredded buffalo chicken stores well in a refrigerator for up to 4 days
