  • Dice the chicken and broccoli, and slice the bell pepper. Meanwhile, heat up vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the wok, and stir fry for about a minute or until the chicken is mostly cooked on the surface.
  • Then, add the teriyaki sauce and peppers, and stir fry for another minute or two, or until the chicken and vegetables are completely cooked.
