Wine Popsicles

Wine popsicles are a classic frozen treat for summer. Made with red or white wine and lemonade, they are refreshing and delicious, and an excellent alternative to a traditional cocktail.

Equipment

  • Popsicle Molds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 cup lemonade (or sparkling water)
  • ½ lemon (juice only)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or measuring jug. Whisk until the honey, or any other sweetener is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. The popsicles will then be ready to serve whenever you want!
