Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Slice the peppers, onion and chicken into bite sized strips. Add everything to the air fryer, along with seasoning and olive oil. Use a pair of tongs to stir everything and to coat the ingredients with the seasoning.
  • Air fry at 360 F / 180 C for about 5 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 5-7 minutes. The exact cooking time will vary depending on how thick you cut the chicken.
  • Slice a piece of chicken in half, or use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken has cooked through before you remove it from the air fryer. Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
