Mango Popsicles

These easy, refreshing mango popsicles are the perfect frozen treat for summer. Made with only 3 ingredients, they are healthy, delicious and really affordable too.

Equipment

  • Popsicle Molds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime (juice only)

Instructions

  • Combine mango juice, honey and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the liquid into popsicle molds, and transfer them to a freezer. Freeze until the ice pops are set completely, at least 4 hours.
  • Remove the popsicles from their mold, and serve immediately.
