Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • cup cilantro
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • 1 lime (juice only)

Instructions

  • Peel and dice mango, pineapple, red pepper and onion. Add these to a mixing bowl or salad bowl.
  • Add the juice from the lemon and lime to the bowl.
  • Remove the stem from the cilantro, and finely chop the leaves. Add these to the bowl.
  • Stir to combine the salsa. Serve immediately, or store it in your refrigerator.
