Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, then stir to combine.
  • Place the oatmeal in a sealed container, such as a mason jar or a meal prep container, and store it in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • The oats will absorb the liquid, and the overnight oats will be thick, creamy and delicious. Give the oatmeal a stir, then serve.

Notes

  • Use your favorite chocolate chips. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate all work really well.
  • Feel free to top your oats with anything you like to add extra texture and flavors.
  • You can add any extra mix-ins, seasoning or sweeteners if you prefer.
  • Store the overnight oats in individual portion sized containers for convenient and pre-measured meals.
  • Chocolate overnight oats can be stored in a sealed container in a refrigerator for up to 4 days. I love to prepare a large batch for quick and easy breakfasts through the week.
