  • The oats will soak up the liquid, creating a delicious chilled oatmeal.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a container which is sealable. Store it in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • I like to serve my overnight oats cold, but you can also warm them slightly in a microwave or in a pot on the stove top if you prefer them warm.

Notes

  • Blueberry overnight oats can be stored in sealed containers in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can easily make multiple servings at the same time, and have made ahead breakfast for the next couple of days.
