Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to the highest possible temperature if your oven has a grill element. Otherwise, preheat the oven to 220 °C / 430 °F / 200 °C fan oven.
  • Combine the yogurt and spices in a bowl. Place the salmon fillets on a baking pan, skin side down. Brush the salmon fillets to completely coat them in the marinade.
  • Bake the salmon under the grill for about 5 minutes, or in the oven for about 5-10 minutes. The salmon should be pink, with a slightly darker color through the middle, and should flake easily at the touch of a fork when it is done.

Notes

  • The cooking time can vary depending on the size and shape of the salmon fillets. Cooked salmon should be pink inside, and flake at the touch of a fork.
  • You can change up the seasoning if you prefer. Feel free to add some chili powder for a spicy twist!
  • Store tandoori salmon in sealed containers in a refrigerator for up to 2 days.
