Sriracha Aioli

This tasty sriracha aioli is an excellent dip, perfect to serve as an appetizer, with a snack or as a side dish. It’s easy to make in less than 5 minutes, and only requires 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  • First, grate or finely chop the garlic clove.
  • In a bowl, combine the garlic with mayonnaise, sriracha and fresh black pepper. Stir to combine. Optionally, add more pepper or sriracha to taste.
  • Serve the sriracha aioli immediately, or keep it refrigerated until serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to chop the garlic into very fine pieces. You definitely don’t want to bite into a big chunk of raw garlic!
  • Use a good quality mayonnaise that you like. You can use low fat mayo if you prefer.
  • You can also make this dip by simply combining store bought aioli and sriracha.
