Pre heat your air fryer to 355 °F / 180 °C. Depending on the make and model of your air fryer, it usually takes 3-5 minutes to heat up.
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into similar sized florets. Place them in a bowl, and add the oil, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Stir to coat the broccoli pieces evenly.
Add the broccoli to the stir fryer in a single layer, without much overlap and without overflowing the basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes. Shake the basket once or twice while it cooks to ensure that the vegetables cook evenly.
Pierce one of the broccoli florets with a fork. If the fork goes through with a little resistance, the broccoli is ready to serve.

Leftovers
Leftover roasted broccoli can be stored in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep in mind that the broccoli might lose some of it crunch while storing, but it will still taste great!
