Ingredients

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid from the tuna, and add the tuna chunks to a bowl.
  • Add the other ingredients to the bowl, and stir to combine everything.
  • If you wish to make a completely smooth dip, you can process it in a food processor, however I prefer it with some small chunks of fish.
  • Serve the dip chilled with your favorite dippable foods.

Notes

Leftovers

Store any leftover healthy tuna dip in airtight containers in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. Give the leftover dip a stir before serving it.
You can serve the dip cold, or you can reheat it if you want to serve it warm. Reheat it in a microwave, or bake it in the oven until it’s hot throughout.
