- 200 g strawberries (2 cups)
- 200 g pineapple (2 cups)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- ½ lime (juice only)
- handful cilantro
Dice the strawberries and pineapple in small pieces, and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the red onion, cilantro and jalapeno, and add these to the fruit. Squeeze the juice from half a lime over the top.
Stir to combine all the ingredients evenly. Serve the strawberry pineapple salsa immediately, or store it in a refrigerator until you’re ready to serve it.
