Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mango
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime (juice only)

Instructions

  • Peel and roughly dice the mango, then add it to a blender along with water and lime juice.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth. You can add more lime juice if you prefer, and increase the amount of water if you want to make a thinner agua fresca.
  • Serve the drinks over ice cubes, or store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.

Notes

Leftovers

You can keep leftover mango agua fresca in a jug in a refrigerator for up to a day. Try to keep it chilled as much as possible, as the drink is far better when served cold and not at room temperature.
