- 3 cups mango
- 1 cup water
- 1 lime (juice only)
Peel and roughly dice the mango, then add it to a blender along with water and lime juice.
Blend the ingredients until smooth. You can add more lime juice if you prefer, and increase the amount of water if you want to make a thinner agua fresca.
Serve the drinks over ice cubes, or store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.
Leftovers
You can keep leftover mango agua fresca in a jug in a refrigerator for up to a day. Try to keep it chilled as much as possible, as the drink is far better when served cold and not at room temperature.
