Air Fryer Roasted Radishes

These air fryer roasted radishes are a great side dish or snack, and an excellent low carb alternative to roasted potatoes!

  • Clean the radishes, and remove the stems. Cut them in halves, and coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil and some salt.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C/356°F. Add the radishes to the frying basket, and air fry for about 10-12 minutes. Shake every 4 minutes to ensure that the radishes cook evenly.

Are roasted radishes vegan? – Absolutely. Roasted or air fried radishes are vegan, vegetarian, low carb and low calorie. They are considered suitable for most diets.


Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. They do tend to soften over time, but they still taste increadibly well.
I would not recommend freezing them as they could become mushy after thawing. However, air fryer radishes are so tasty I doubt you will end up with any leftovers at all.

Top tips

Here is how you can get this recipe perfect:
  • Make sure not to overcrown the air fryer basket. If you’re making a large amount, you might have to roast the radishes in multiple batches.
  • I typically make my radishes with a sprinkle of salt, but feel free to add any seasoning you’d like.
