- 150 g kale
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 2 tablespoon water
First, prepare the kale by washing and chopping it roughly. Remove the thicker parts of the stem.
Add the kale, lemon juice and water to a pot on medium heat. Allow it to cook while you stir for about 5-7 minutes. The kale should be wilted and soft.
Serve kale stew immediately while it’s hot.
