Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, prepare your ingredients. Finely dice or grate the garlic, slice the onion and shred the cabbage. Dice the chicken breast fillets into small pieces or chunks.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet on high heat. Add the garlic and onion and stir fry for a minute until the onions starts to soften.
  • Then, add the chicken. Stir fry for a few minutes until the chicken is mostly white all over and almost cooked.
  • Add the shredded cabbage, and allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the cabbage has softened. The chicken will also finish cooking within this time. Stir through some soy sauce, then serve!
