  • 1 lb green beans (500 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • chili flakes

  • Clean the green beans and trim off the edges. Slice the garlic thinly.
  • Combine the oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon sesame oil, some chili flakes and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Then, heat up 2 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or a large skillet on high temperature.
  • When the oil is really hot, it's time to add the garlic and green beans. Fry them while stirring, and make sure to coat them in the hot oil.
  • When the green beans start to look slightly softer and wrinkly, it's time to add the sauce we made earlier. Pour it into the wok, and keep stirring the beans around for another minute.
  • Move the green beans to a serving bowl. Garnish with more chili flakes if you want, then serve.
