Mexican Potatoes

These Mexican potatoes are roasted diced potatoes coated with delicious seasoning. It's an easy, but tasty side dish, made in only 30 minutes.

Roasted potatoes are a fantastic side dish. For this recipe, we dice them, which makes them roast in a short amount of time. Add some tasty, Mexican seasoning to make them really crispy and delicious.


Tasty dinner

Dice potatoes, and coat them in olive oil, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, salt and pepper. Roast at 425 F / 220 C for about 30 minutes or until crispy.

How To Make It


You will need potatoes, olive oil and your favorite Mexican seasoning. Ideally, use a combination of paprika, chili, cumin, coriander, garlic, onion and cinnamon.
