Almond Milk Crepes

This was so easy and came out perfect. We made savory crepes for New Year’s Day brunch, and it was a hit!

Crepes are very thin, large pancakes. They can be served for breakfast, lunch or dessert. They originate from France, but are enjoyed all over the world, particularly across Europe and North America.
